This however does depend on the volume, weight and destination country.
To place an order that is to be delivered outside the UK please submit your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our sales team will contact you and provide costs and an updated estimated delivery time.
How we deliver to you:
We use APC and the Royal mail for small packages, a specialist home delivery company for fragile or larger bulky item and our own drivers for any deliveries that are local to either one of our stores. Once we are in receipt of your item(s) you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Standard delivery offers delivery of the Goods to the door of the delivery address you provide to us when you place your Order (if the destination is an apartment, flat or complex, the Goods will be delivered inside the entrance to the building where possible). For assembly of free standing furniture and removal of all the packaging there is an extra charge (Installation of furniture and lighting which is to be fixed to the walls or ceiling is not available).
Collection from stores can be arranged, if items are purchased over the phone we will need to see your ID when collecting goods from our store. Please allow 48 hours before collection when goods are purchased from our stock.
Tracking your delivery:
If we have sent your goods via a courier company then we will be able to provide you with a tracking number to track your goods. For all other methods you will be provided a 2 – 3 hour timeframe and drivers will aim to call you when they are on route.
Insuring your delivery:
For all our delivery methods we hold an "all risks" insurance policy covering your goods whilst in transit both within and outside the UK.
When you receive your delivery it is of the utmost importance that you check that you have received the correct amount of pieces and there are no apparent damages. Goods must be signed for on the delivery disclaimer and any issues noted, failure to do so may invalidate a claim to replace your goods. (This does not affect your statutory rights) We will always we do our upmost to resolve any issues that arise.
We search for the most competitive rates from experienced freight forwarders. Time frame and prices depend on geographical location, enquiries are welcome and quotes can be provided upon request.
Customs and clearing is not included, each country has their own regulations, this information can be found at your local customs office. As the customer you are solely responsible for paying these fee.
