The Kartell FL/Y light is a minimalist suspension lamp with a transparent, shimmering finish inspired by the lightness of a soap bubble. The Kartell FL/Y light delivers focused illumination with an elegant, contemporary form.

The FL/Y light is part of Kartell’s iconic lighting collection and is defined by its simple yet expressive design. The transparent material and glossy colour finishes create an iridescent effect that recalls the delicate surface of a soap bubble, adding lightness and visual depth to any space. The shade is not perfectly hemispherical. Instead, its cut-off falls just below the diameter, allowing the light to concentrate more effectively downwards while still diffusing softly throughout the structure. This design detail enhances both functionality and atmosphere. Available in three different sizes, the FL/Y light adapts easily to a variety of interiors. It works well as a single statement piece or arranged in groups above dining tables, kitchen islands or in large open spaces.
